We got called out to a commissary to troubleshoot a sign circuit that wasn't working right. Simple enough on the surface. But once we started digging in, it became clear this wasn't just a tripped breaker or a loose connection - the wiring itself was unsafe and not up to code.

That's where the job shifted. A real fix here meant more than swapping out a receptacle. It meant pulling the work apart, understanding how it was originally done wrong, and correcting it the right way with a proper dedicated circuit and approved wiring methods. No shortcuts, no band-aids.

We ran new armored cable, set up a clean junction box installation, and made sure every connection was made correctly before buttoning it all back up. The finished outlet is properly mounted, labeled, and secured - exactly how a commercial install should look. That's the kind of work that holds up through inspections and years of daily use.

Bad wiring in a commercial space isn't just an inconvenience. It's a liability. Unsafe installations can trip breakers repeatedly, damage equipment, or worse - create a fire hazard in a building full of people and product. Catching it and correcting it before something goes wrong is always the right call.

This is the kind of electrical troubleshooting and repair work we do every day in commercial settings. When the problem runs deeper than it first appears, we don't cut corners to get out faster. We do what the job actually needs.
