This one was a full swap-out. Five ceiling fans - gone. Five new ones in their place. The job covered both the covered outdoor patio and interior rooms, which meant working in two very different environments on the same visit. That kind of variety keeps you on your toes, and we handled it all in one shot.

The outdoor patio setup was the bigger challenge here. A covered patio that runs the full length of the house needs fans that can handle the elements while still looking sharp. The new matte black Hampton Bay units fit the space perfectly - they're rated for outdoor use, they move serious air, and they don't look like an afterthought. For a patio with a full outdoor kitchen and a waterfront view, that matters.

Inside, the bedroom and office fans got the same treatment. Clean matte black finish, integrated LED lighting, solid mounting. No wobble, no noise - just a fan that works the way it should. It's one of those upgrades that's easy to overlook until you actually have it done, and then you wonder why you waited.

Ceiling fan replacement is one of the most straightforward electrical fixture upgrades a homeowner can make, but it still needs to be done right. Bad mounting, loose wiring, wrong box support - those are real issues that come up more often than you'd think when fans are installed without proper care. We make sure everything is solid before we pack up and leave.

Five fans, two environments, one visit. That's a good day's work, and the end result speaks for itself. Better airflow, better lighting, and a look that actually matches the quality of the home.
